The School Biology Centre developed materials, methods and teaching aids which are suitable for the use in schools and kindergartens. Pedagogues have the opportunity to test our teaching aids in our didactic sciences seminars. Furthermore they can use their newly found knowledge for their own work.

The scientific study laboratory
The study laboratories build the basis for our work with students from the secondary school. What could be achieved with this kind of instruction? How can an instruction work which is both, individualise and target oriented? How can you realise topics in activity centres? In this seminar we present a proved and tested model, topic centre materials and procedure documents to you.

Sciences in nursery- and elementary school
The interest in science is often formed in early childhood. With simple methods you can give children the opportunity to explore the nature in an explorative and detective way. In this seminar you get acquainted with instruction settings and simple, appropriate experiments for children. Furthermore you get information about how to motivate children for activities and which framework you should consider.
